Hai friends, i would like to share with u mu Gunung ledang trip with my son, sister & friends.
Wow...... at 46yrs I made it to the sumitt, thks to my youngest sister that really give me all the courage to reach to the top. Nasib baik dah minum Tonic Chap Gajah walau pun badan nie seksa tetapi kerana ada will power, women power jadi power ranger dalam hutan.........Bila sampai di puncak ya allah cantik sunggoh alami yang di jadikan allah, apabila dapat lihat mentari terbit dari atas gunung tiada sesiapa dapat menandingi alam ciptaan tuhan sunggoh cantik dan nyaman dengan udara segar keliling...nie lepas ledang ingat nak panjat Everest tspi banyak nah order cake dan masak sampai tak de masa inshaallah.........mimpi akak tu terkabul nie tengok lah gambar ya he he he he.......

Hai, now kan school Holiday canteen pun cuti, bila tak ada kerja buat cake dan bunga fondant untok order, tapi bila tak agkat kuali,periuk dan sendok terus demam panas sampai 37 , flu dan batuk juga nasib badan..............terpaksa jumpa pak docter he he heeeeee

Hai my name is Chef tania I am very new to this page, my proffesion I am a Chef but now, doing a small business in canteen always related to food. I am also a cooking Instructor registered under People association in Singapore. My classes are very active in community clubs in singapore, Chefware House etc..........I teach all kind of cooking & baking from grandmother delicacy, banana leaves,malay cuisine, indonesian cuisine, chinese cuisine and others etc...........I love baking and always try new recipes, my cake lapis and cup cakes many range and flavors, I very active in Bt batok and beside cooking & baking I teach sewing & embroidery my sewing club in Bt Batok been there for 14 yrs that my hobby too......I speak Malay, of course English, a little Mandarin and Japanese coz I've stayed there for 1 yr in early 80's working of coz that why i have to learn the language that all from now sayonara..................
