TODAY IS THE 11TH DAY OF FASTING, STILL SRUGGLING MAKING MY SIGNATURE HARI RAYA ORDER THAT IS THE AGAR AGAR GULONG A FRUITY FLAVOUR JELLY AND NEED A LITTLE EXPERTISE TO ROLL AND COOKING THE JELLY INGREDIENTS MUST BE RIGHT TOO, BEFORE WE COULD ROLL IT, SO FAR I HAVE ABOUT 600 ROLLS READY MY HARD WORK FOR 6 DAYS, THE WHEATER REALLY SIDE ME THIS FEW DAYS AND JUST LEAVE MY JELLY TO DRY IN THE SUN ALONG MY CORRIDOR, THE FINAL RESULT IS AFTER 2 WKS DRYING PROCESS THEN U WILL GET A CHEWY AND WHEN U BITE IT REALLY TASTE FRUITY, CHEWY AND IF LEAVE LONGER IN THE SUN THE SUGAR IN THE JELLY INGEDIENTS WILL TURN CRYSTALISE. TO SERVE CUT IT ABOUT 1 CM THICK ARRANGE ON THE PLATE WITH VARIOUS COLOUR AND FLAVOUR ITS BEAUTIFUL. SWEET AND YUMMY...........TO ORDER EMAIL @ taniaaris2002@yahoo.com

40 GM AGAR AGAR POWDER
2 KG ROCK SUGAR
1 KG SUGAR
4000ML WATER

MIX ALL ABOVE AND COOKED ABOUT 1 HR OVER MEDIUM FIRE

SOME FLAVOUR AND COLOUR FOLLOW THE THEME EG.. STRAWBERRY RED, ORGE FLAVOUR ORANGE COLOR, GREEN COLOUR KIWI OR GREEN APPLE FLAVOUR AND OTHERS, YOU CAN USENTHE KONYAKU COLOUR AND FLAVOUR.

4 SET 10 X 10 X1 TRAY

MEASURING JUG, FOR MEASURING THE COOKED JELLY, ABOUT 280ML FOR 1 TRAY.

FOR THE FLAVOUR EVERY 1120 ML ADD ABOUT 2 TS AND ADD ENOUGH COLOR NOT TO STRONG.

SOME ALLUMINIUM TRAY AND A RECTANGLE SIEVER BASKET FOR DRYING PROCESS

What the difference between chocolate flavour col (you mention at court demo) and chocolate emulco. I ask for chocolate flavour col at a bake shop but they say it the same as chocolate emulco. Is this true? Tue 9-Oct-2007 00:05

Hai alisah, chocolate flavor col taste better and the color just right for choc cake or marble cakes, its a little expensive but the choc taste is better and it is very concentrate just need to use a few drop wow u will get nice choc color and taste try them ok.... Wed 24-Oct-2007 15:28
