3 PKT AGAR AGAR POWDER (ROSE BRAND ABOUT 13 GMS PER PKT)
280 GM SUGAR

ING B

1800 ML WATER
1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK (400 ML)
200 ML COCONUT MILK(I USE KARA)
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE

1NG C

2 TBLSP CASTARD POWDER
200 ML WATER
MIX ING C TOGETHER

ING D

2 NOS EGS USE A FOLK BEAT LIGHTLY

ING E

2 TBLSP COCOA POWDER(SIFTED)

1NG F

2 TBLSP BUTTER

METHODS

1. MIX A & B TOGETHER AND COOK OVER MEDIUM TO SL0W FIRE

2. ONCE IT STARTS TO BOIL ADD CASTARD POWDER MIXTURE

3. COOK FOR A WHILE ABOUT 5 TO 10 MINUTES AND ADD IN BUTTER.

4. SCOOP ABOUT 300ML AND MIX WITH COCOA POWDER.

5.ADD EGG TO THE ,BOILING AGAR AGAR AND KEEP STIRING USING WHISK.

6. PREPARE ABOUT 5 OR 6 KONYAKU MOULDS

7.ADD 1 TBLSP COCOA MIXTURE FIRST AND POUR PLAIN AGAR AGAR IN THE MOULD.

8. REPEAT PROCEDURE, LEAVE TOO COOL BEFORE SERVING OR KEEP IN THE FRINGE
FOR BETTER TASTE.

alhamdulillah...bestnyer...kalau dapat jumpe chef...pada 19/12 suri akan balik ke pd..raya di sana..mungkin akan duduk disana sehingga krismas...tapi insya'allah...kalau berkesempatan dilain kali kita boleh jumpa... bila-bila chef balik melaka lagi ..calling2 suri ek...nanti suri bagi no phone.. iNGREDIENTS: A

500 GM GOLDEN CHURN BUTTER
4 TBLSP CONDENSED MILK
1/2 TSP ESSENCE VANILLA
1TSP CHERRY CIDER OR FRUITY ESSENCE(TO ENHANCE THE FLAVOUR OF THE CAKE)

MIX ING A TOGETHER AND BEAT AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL WHITE AND FLUFFY

ING: B

20 NOS. EGG YOLK
5 NOS. EGG WHITE
1 TBLSP OVALETT
270GM CASTER SUGAR

IN ANOTHER BOWL MIX ING B TOGETHER AND BEAT AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL WHITE AND FLUFFY.

110 GM TOP FLOUR
2 TBLSP STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM POWDER
2 PKT BIG HAW FLAKES(FOR ARRANGING ON THE CAKE EVERY ALTERNATE LAYER)
A LITTLE LEMON YELLOW , ROSE PINK & GREEN COLOUR

METHODS

1. MIX A TO B AND ADD IN FLOUR & ICE CREAM FLOUR AND MIX WELL BUT DO NOT FOLD TOO LONG.

PREPARE 10 X 7 X3 OR 9 X 9 X 3 BAKING TIN AND LINE THE BASE WITH BAKING PAPER AND THE SIDE OF THE TIN WITH SHORTENING TO AVOID THE TIN OVER BURN WHILE GRILLING.

DIVIDE INTO 3 DIV AND GIVE COLOUR.

HEAT OVEN AT 180 GRILL THE FIRST LAYER AFTER 5 MINS THEN CHANGE TO GRILL ALL THE WAY, AND UNTIL THE LAST LAYER CHANE BACK TO NORMAL OVEN AT 170 OR 180 DEPENDING ON YR OVEN AND BAKE AT LEAST 15 TO 20 MINS UNTIL COOK.

THE COLOUR GOES 2 LAYER YELLOW, 2 LAYER GREEN AND 2 LAYER PINK AND EVERY ALTERNATE LAYER ARRANGE WITH THE HAW FLAKES...

140 ROLLS MY ORDER ARE ABOUT 240 ROLLS , I HOPE TO FINISH BY ONE OR TWO DAYS MORE INSHALLAH.....NEED TO BOOOST MY ENERGY THIS FEW DAYS COZ TO FINISHED UP THE HARI RAYA ORDER.

ROLL TAPAK KUDA (LUCKY HOOF ROLLS)

10 NOS. EGGS(USE 5 WHITE ONLY)
130 GM MELTED BUTTER
135 GM PLAIN FLOUR
1 TS BAKING POWDER
200 GM CASTER SUGAR
1 TS VANILLA ESSENCE
2 TBLSP CONDENSE MILK
2 TBLSP VANILLA AIKRIM POWDER(ANY MILK POWDER)
1TBLSP CHOCOLATE PASTE
2 TBLSP COCOA POWDER
1 TBLSP OVALETT
10 GM ICE CUBES

FILLING

NUTELLA OR CHOCOLATE CREAM

METHODS

1. MIX ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT MELTED BUTTER, CHOCOLATE PASTE AND
COCOA POWDER.
2. BEAT AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL FLUFFY, ANDD ADD IN THE MELTED BUTTER.
3. DIVIDE INTO 2 DIVISION AND ONE ADD IN THE CHOCOLATE PASTE, COCOA POWDER
AND ONE LEAVE IT PLAIN.
4.PREPARE 10 X 10 X1 TRAY , LINE WITH BAKING PAPER ON THE BASE AND RUB WITH
BUTTER ALL AROUND AND PREHEAT OVEN AT 180.
5.LAYER WITH BROWN BATTER FIRST THEN WHITE BUT BE CAREFULL DO NOT MIX
THE BATTER OR U CAN USE PIPPING BAG TO LAYER.
6. BAKE FOR ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINS, AFTER TAKING OUT FROM TRAY, MAKE SURE
TURN ON A KITCHEN TOWEL CUT INTO HALF AND SPREAD WITH CHOKC CREAM OR
NUTELLA AND FOLD PLS SEE PICS ATTACHED......

NOTE: THIS CAKE CAN BE FROZEN IT WILL LAST A LONG TIME.

IF YOU KEEP FROZEN PLS WRAP WITH PLASTIC TO AVOID FISHY SMELL.......

HAI, LAST FRIDAY WHILE I AM BUSY BAKING RECEIVED A PHONED CALL SAYING THAT MY SISTER IN LAW , HAD GIVEN BIRTH TO A BABY BOY, WE RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL LEAVE MY LUCKY HOOF ROLL BEHING COZ I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF BAKING. IT HAD BEEN QUIET SOMETIME THAT OUR FAMILY HAD NO BABIES AROUND THE LAST , WAS ADAM ELDER SISTER NAZRINAAND SHE IS FIVE YEAR OLD NOW. WAH SHIOK CARRY THE BABY FORGET ABOUT MY BAKING AND WE EVEN BREAK FAST IN THE HOSPITAL.
