TODAY IS THE 11TH DAY OF FASTING, STILL SRUGGLING MAKING MY SIGNATURE HARI RAYA ORDER THAT IS THE AGAR AGAR GULONG A FRUITY FLAVOUR JELLY AND NEED A LITTLE EXPERTISE TO ROLL AND COOKING THE JELLY INGREDIENTS MUST BE RIGHT TOO, BEFORE WE COULD ROLL IT, SO FAR I HAVE ABOUT 600 ROLLS READY MY HARD WORK FOR 6 DAYS, THE WHEATER REALLY SIDE ME THIS FEW DAYS AND JUST LEAVE MY JELLY TO DRY IN THE SUN ALONG MY CORRIDOR, THE FINAL RESULT IS AFTER 2 WKS DRYING PROCESS THEN U WILL GET A CHEWY AND WHEN U BITE IT REALLY TASTE FRUITY, CHEWY AND IF LEAVE LONGER IN THE SUN THE SUGAR IN THE JELLY INGEDIENTS WILL TURN CRYSTALISE. MIX ALL ABOVE AND COOKED ABOUT 1 HR OVER MEDIUM FIRE
