HI FRIENDS AND VIEWERS JUST CAME BACK FROM MY HOLIDAY, WOW VERY SHIOK , HAVING LONG HOLIDAYS LIKE THIS I WAS AWAY FOR 8 DAYS, MY FAMILY, MY MOM AND MY 2ND BROTHER FAMILY TOO, WE HAD TO ATTEND A WEDDING IN MALACCA, 3 WEDDINGS 2 ON THE 8TH JUNE AND 1 ON THE 9TH JUNE, ALL ARE OUR RELATIVES FROM MY FATHER SIDE..
1 WEDDING WAS AT BUKIT SENGGEH MALACCA, 1 IN RAMUAN CHINA MALACCA AND 1 JUZ VERY NEAR TO MY HOUSE KG SRI KESANG, FUH YOH ALL THE GD FOOD 3 WEDDING AND
ALL SERVE DIFFERENT DISH AND VERY SHIOKADOO LAH.......
ON THE 7TH AFTER THE WEDDING AND THE GD FOOD WE SHOOT ALOR GAJAH AND TRY THE FAMOUS ALOR GAJAH KUEH UDANG AT ALOR GAJAH MEDAN SELERA, THE Q WAS VERY LONG COZ ITS VERY FAMOUS THERE, AND THE TAPAI PULUT WAS VERY DELICIOUS TOO, I REALLY LUV THE TAPAI PULUT ITS JUICY AND SWEET THE TASTE REALY SUITE ME AND HAVE TO PACK SOME HOME COZ MY TUMMY HAD ENOUGH ALREADY, AFTER THE FD WE VISITED THE ALOR GAJAH MUZIUM AND THEN TO PESTA SUNGEI MELAKA.
MY FAMILY REALLY HAD GD TIME AND WE WHEN ON THE RIVER CRUISE, I REALLY LOVE THE MALACCA HERITAGE THAT THEY PRESSERVE ALONG THE RIVER LIKE THE KG MORTEN
VERY BEATIFUL VIEWS THE CRUISE ENDS ABOUT 45 MINITS PER RIDE AND ABOUT 30 PXS ON BOARD WE HAD GOOD TIME ON THAT DAY, ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS WAS VERY HAPPY, WHEN WE REACHED HOME ABOUT 10PM, AFTER SHOWER WHEN BED AND NEXT MORNING ON 8TH ANOTHER WEDDING TO ATTEND AND CELEBRATE MY HUBBY BITHDAY TOO, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY LOVING HUBBY, MAY ALL HIS DREAM COME TRUE, IN GD HEALTH , LONG LIFE AND SUCCESS IN LIFE LASTLY HAPPY WITH ME AND THE CHILDRENS...
WE STAYED IN MALACCA FOR 8 DAYS FROM 4TH TO 11TH JUNE AND WE WHEN SHOPPING AT TESCO, THE NEW MALACCA MALL, WOW MUST TRY THE LAKSA SHACK, S'PORE LAKSA OR THE TOM YAM LAKSA VERY SEDAP GILER......VERY DELICIOUS, THE LAKSA SHACK SERVE SINGAPORE NYONYA LAKSA NOT THE LAKSA SIGLAP, NYONYA LAKSA AND SIGLAP LAKSA RECIPE IS VERY DIFFERENT AND BOTH ARE MY FAVOURITESZZZZ........

Hi Lin, kalau medan ikan bakar tu memang dah selalu pergi jdi, kali nie pergi tempat lain pulak, ada pesta sungai melaka kita pun join sekaki seronok betul........ada 3 majlis khawin ashik makan aje......really food heaven lah dan happening.......

ORANGINA DELIGHT CUPCAKES RECIPE

ORANGINA DELIGHT CUPCAKES
THE CUPCAKES READY TO BE DECORATE
ORANGINA DELIGHT CUPCAKES (ALL IN ONE METHODS)

INGREDIENTS

9 N0S. EGG YOLK
7 NOS. EGG WHITES
150 GM MELTED BUTTER
180 GM FINE SUGAR
1 TBLSP OVALETT(CAKE STABILIZER)
180 GM TOP FLOUR
20 GM MILK POWDER
1TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP ORANGE PASTE
1/2 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
10 GM VERY COLD ICE WATER OR ICE CUBES

METHODS:

1. MIX ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS IN A MIXING BOWL, EXCEPT THE MELTED BUTTER AND BEAT
AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL FLUFFY.
2. ADD IN MELTED BUTTER AND USE YR WOODEN SPOON AND MIX WELL.
3. PREPARE SOME MUFFIN CUP OR ANY OF YR FAVOURITE CUPS, FILL THE BATTER ABOUT
3/4 FULL.
4. PREHEAT OVEN AT 180, AND BAKE THE CUP CAKES FOR ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINS OR UNTIL
BROWN ON THE SURFACE . LEAVE TOO COOL BEFORE DECORATING THEM...

NOTE: INJECT MARMALADE IN THE CENTRE OF THE CAKE, BY USING THE INJECTION NOZZLES (OPTIONAL)

Hi, cik tun rahsia telor yg banyak supaya kek lembut, dan keistimewaan gunakan ice cube tu untk cake supaya lembat kerana kita gunakan ovalett dan cake di atas nie bolih juga di ubah rasa saperti mango, guna mango essence, pisang gunakan esen pisang dan juga perasa yg lain saya recomment
perasa kiwi dan bubuh sedikit warna hijau dan blackcurrent enak sekali...nanti kalau ada masa saya akan ambil photo
nozzle nya dan publish kat blog ok, rupa nozzle nya panjang dan
bahagian hujung nya menyerong sedikit, jadi kalau kita nak isi kan jem atau inti senang je, gunakan piping bag masuk nozzle dan jem, cucuk ke dlm kek sa belum kek di hias dgn cream......sorry ya kak panjang lebar pulak....

btw chef ada satu pertanyaan ...kalu tak ada top flour...sebaiknya ganti dengan tepung apa ya?....thank you

Hi che tun, jgn lah terharu kadang2 saya mesti nak merayau rayau juga, tak nak jadi katak bawah tempurong he he he...
Kalau tak ada Top Flour gunakan down flour ok....tak saya bergurau je..jika tak ada Tepong Top guna kan Plain Flour dan tambahkan 1 st baking powder ok...selamat mencoba cke tun ku...

HAI, YESTERDAY I HAD TO WOKE UP EARLY TO PREPARE INGREDIENTS, FOR MY BERITA HARIAN SHOOTING, HAD TO PREPARE INGREDIENTS FOR 6 RECIPES. SALMA SAMONO CAME TO MY PLACE AT ABOUT 10.30 AM AND WE START RIGHT AWAY..........THE MENU ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. THAI GREEN CURRY CHICKEN.
2. FRIED MUSSELS WITH BASIL LEAVES
3.MEAT WRAP WITH OMMELETT
4 THAI STEAM OTAK OTAK
5.CLEAR TOM YAM SOUP
6.GLUTINOUS MANGO DESSERT

FRIED MUSSELS WITH BAY LEAVES

INGREDIENTS

500 GM MUSSELS
200 GM LONG BEANS (CUT 1 1/2" LENGTH)
2 NOS. RED CHILLES (SHREDDED)*
2 NOS. GREEN CHILLIES(SHREDDED)*
8 NOS. BIRD EYE CHILLIES (CHOPPED)*
2 NOS. ONION (SHREDDED)*
1 NO. LEMON GRASS(SHREDDED THINLY)*
2" GINGER (SHREDDED THINLY)*
2 NOS. GARLIC(CHOPPED)*
20 NOS. BASIL LEAVES
1/2 TSP TUMERIC POWDER
1/2 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
3 TBLSP NAM PLA(THAI FISH SAUCE)
SALT AND SUGAR TO TASTE
4 TBLSP COOKING OIL

1. HEAT WOK ADD IN THE OIL, THE ING WITH STAR*, FRY UNTIL FRAGRANTS ADD IN CHICKEN STOCK, TUMERIC POWDER AND LONG BEANS, COOK FOR A WHILE UNTIL LONG BEAN IS A LITTLE SOFT THEN ADD IN MUSSEL, NAM PLA,SALT AND SUGAR MIX WELL TURN OFF FIRE AND LASTLY ADD IN THE BASIL LEAVES.......

SERVE WITH RICE OR PORRIDGE...BON APETITO..........

Mis, kalau dekat untk Mis, 1 mangkuk ku kirim kan selalu lepas shooting ada banyak makanan kerana kita masak,
bila shooting, coz ada recipes step by step methods jadi bila lepas shooting I start calling calling kerana ada banyak makanan yg sedap sedap, kadang kadang cameraman pun air liur melilih mesti nak rasa , nanti hujung bulan May ada wedding anak saudara hubby di KL nanti akn di beritahu ok.........

Huhuhu chef tania..masakan Thai itu sungguh membuat meleleh air liur coz saya salah satu penggemarnya..tak sabar nak tunggu chef buat kelas masakan thai kat KL....jangan2 lama2 ye chef..dah tak sabaaarrrrrr:-D
